Supporting local motor sport
We have a long history of supporting and being involved in motorsports, both locally and nationwide, and many of you will remember the Action Tyres drag racing team.
While Phil Webber and his car are no longer based in our workshop, we still sponsor and support local Wellington motorsport teams and enthusiasts.
We currently sponsor the Hutt Park Racing speedway team and their stock and superstock car. Check out the Hutt Park Racing Facebook page.
Action Tyres also supports Nathan Hayes and his number 69w mini stock car.
Supporting our communities
Action Tyres isn’t just about cars and heavy machinery. We firmly believe that businesses need to play an active role in the communities that they are part of, and we do this by supporting several good causes in the Hutt Valley and Wellington region.
Life Flight
We are proud to be a community partner of Life Flight. As a community partner, we have committed to covering the cost of at least one emergency flight every year. Te Omanga Hospice
We also sponsor the Te Omanga Hospice, who are based in Woburn here in the Hutt Valley, and provide fantastic palliative care service to those in our community that need them. Find out more about the Te Omanga Hospice.
