About Us
Action Tyres is a specialist tyre and wheel service company, that primarily offers fleet services including trucks tyres, bus tyres, and tyres for farm equipment, earthmovers and other commercial and industrial vehicles. We also do tyres, wheels and related services for all types of passenger vehicles, including cars, vans, utes and 4×4’s.
We understand that when it comes to commercial vehicles, time is money, and that when tyres or wheels need repairing or replacing, the work needs to be done quickly, and right the first time. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and aim to get you back moving as soon as possible.
Action Tyres is a family owned, local business, that has worked throughout the Wellington region for almost thirty years.
In late 2020 Ryan and Talesha bought the business from the long-time owners Phil & Robyn Webber and are committed to continuing to build on the excellent reputation the company has with fleet owners, motorsport enthusiasts and the general public.

With a long history as an automotive mechanic including being a service manager for prestigious, high-end vehicle marques such as Porsche, Ryan has solid, practical experience of the vehicle service and maintenance sector as well as an ongoing appreciation of vehicles and motor sport. He understands how important attention to detail and customer satisfaction are to a business, and how crucial it is to ensure that every job is done right the first time particularly when dealing with larger and fleet vehicles.

Moving into the fleet services industry is a bit of a career change for Talesha. With over 12 years working in the medical device, health and services sector including National roles to support both her internal team and external customers, Talesha brings a wealth of transferable skills to Action Tyres. Some of her key roles involve building new systems that will provide ongoing support to all clients with the ultimate goal of keeping fleets moving.

Michele has over 30 years of experience in Finance, Banking, Management and Customer Service. Michele is the workshop ‘mum’ as well as the mum at home to Talesha. Michele gives Action Tyres the family feel at the front door, getting to know each and every customer personally but is the person to help with all office queries.
